FMCSA extends waiver allowing CLP holders to drive without CDL holder supervising
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is extending a waiver from the requirement that commercial learner’s permit holders be accompanied by a CDL holder in the front seat of the truck. The waiver is now in effect until Sept. 30. It was first set to expire on June 30.
