Transportation and Cargo Solutions S de RL de CV (TRACSO) has become the latest Mexican carrier to apply for operating authority in the U.S. under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s cross-border pilot program with the country. The agency is accepting public comment through Oct. 10 on the carrier’s application.
