Celadon, a logistics and trucking firm, is one of North America’s largest truckload carriers. The company was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Indianapolis. Celadon’s existing headquarters campus is comprised of four buildings totaling about 108,000 square feet of enclosed space. In 2011, Celadon announced the construction of a $3,400,000.00, 36,000-square foot office building at their Warren Township headquarters. The city supported this expansion with real and personal property tax abatement.
